Tintuppa Our Process

When you contact us we will gather initial information about the job and we will send you an information pack containing our promotional DVD. We will then arrange a suitable time to meet you on site. At this meeting we will provide you with examples of different materials, and products as well as gathering all necessary information to complete the quoting process. There is no charge for the quote, however if you require a design/plan then there is a range of options, with some costs involved. We will present the quote to you at which stage there is an opportunity to discuss any alterations or other issues you may have.

Once you have made the decision to proceed with the work, we will book the project and advise you of the start and finish dates schedule of payments and make any preliminary arrangements necessary (permits etc).

Craig will be available at all stages to answer any questions you have from the beginning of the process to beyond completion of the work.

The Concept

Our purpose is to create beautiful durable gardens that will thrive and grow even in the harsh coastal environment of parts of the Peninsula. A most important part of this process is the after construction care of the your new exterior space/garden. For this reason we have expanded to provide a garden management service which is unique in its approach. Unlike many maintenance business’s we are not about a “cut edge and blow” mentality.

We work on a 52 week programmed schedule to ensure that your garden receives the proper care and attention at the required time. There is the added benefit for you that the monthly account will be consistent and not have large additional “one off costs” (as all work is added up and then averaged out over the 12 month period).

You will get value for your money by increasing the value of your home as well as many years pleasure living in a beautiful garden.

Design

We will tailor a design package to suit your needs and budget. From a simple small scale layout to a fully detailed and specified Computer generated drawing. We can even create a “fly through” garden visualisation for commercial projects and planning needs.

We create presentations for planning permits including vegetation reports and detailed landscape concept plans. We have a qualified expert witness on staff for representation in VCAT hearings.

Landscape Construction

Irrigation

Water is essential for the well being of your garden. However water applied in the wrong way or to excess can be as bad as, or worse than, too little water, especially where alternate water sources are used.

Our irrigation manager has 30 years experience in horticulture throughout Europe and Australia, which is a great advantage in properly designing and installing irrigation system in domestic and commercial situations. Garden Management

We arrange our garden care on a 52 week schedule to ensure the needs of the plants and the lawns are meet at the necessary intervals. We have a holistic approach to nurture the garden so it will achieve full potential and that the long term vision is achieved and in the shortest period possible. Your garden is a living organism and needs to be monitored cared for and responded to. This protects your initial investment and grows the value of your property and the beauty of your surrounds.
